REMALINE
  • REMALINE 35 - Premium quality for wet wear and build-up
    REMALINE 35 features excellent resistance to wet abrasive and sharp particles. The properties of REMALINE 35 make it the optimum rubber lining for sand and gravel industry equipment as well as in the glass industry. REMALINE 35 linings have also proven valuable with sticky material such as loam and clay.
    Typical areas of application : Pipe linings, Pumps, Slides, gutters and aprons, Loader bucket linings to prevent build-up, Outlet hoses for ready-mix concrete

  • REMALINE 40 - The universal lining for many applications
    REMALINE 40 has been designed for a variety of wet or dry applications. In dry applications, REMALINE 40 is frequently used for conveying coke. In wet applications, this material has proven its outstanding worth as a protective coating for sharp particles thanks to its high resistance to tearing.
    REMALINE 40 also features excellent qualities for eliminating bridge formation and build-up. The universal lining for many applications.   • REMALINE 50 - The highly tear-resistant lining
    REMALINE 50 is suitable for wet and dry applications based on its excellent properties. Thanks to its great elasticity and high tear resistance, it is especially useful for lining pipes, chuts and tanks in power plants and gravel works. Furthermore, it can be used on non-driven pulleys to prevent buildup.

    Thanks to its low-abrasion properties, REMALINE 60 is especially suitable for protecting against impact and dry wear and, based on this, is frequently used for conveying coal. Furthermore, non-driven pulleys can be vulcanized with REMALINE 60.

REMALOX
  • Tough materials against abrasion - REMALOX - nearly as hard as diamond!

    REMALOX ceramic is a heterogeneous structure with 92% aluminium oxide content. This gives the required hardness and temperature resistance against highly abrasive materials such as coke, ore and sinter, and makes them nearly immune to abrasion.
    REMALOX ceramic plates are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes for different applications.





REMAFLONE
  • REMAFLON - The solution for extreme materials flow problems
    Tip Top high-quality REMAFLON linings are a combination of polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber. They feature especially slippery surfaces, thereby preventing extreme build-up and material flow problems.
    Areas of application : REMAFLON ensures perfect protection in most applications where dust or very fine and slightly moist material prone to build-up has to be conveyed. In particular, the PTFE surface of REMAFLON features outstanding anti-adhesive properties, which make the surface even more slippery. This has proven especially useful in the sugar and glass industry, as well as coal processing applications.

High strength. For securing ceramic wear tiles to vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces. Excellent shock and impact resistance. Trowelable. Resists temperatures to 200°F.

LOCTITE FIXMASTER®
  • Fixmaster® filled epoxies repair, rebuild and restore damaged parts to quickly return equipment to service. Different fillers provide a range of performance characteristics, making each Fixmaster® epoxy suitable for specific applications. Each product is 100% solids, non-shrinking and capable of bonding to metal, ceramic, wood, glass, and some plastics. Cured epoxies can be drilled, tapped, and machined –just like the original metal.

Steel epoxy in stick form. Cut off a section, knead and apply to leaking pipes or damaged equipment. Cures in 10 minutes. NSF 61 approved for
potable water applications.

LOCTITE® FIXMASTER® CONCRETE REPAIR EPOXY
Enables permanent repairs to concrete and masonry. Convenient stick contains pre-measured portions of activator and base. Once cured can be tapped, drilled, screwed, sawed, filed or painted and will have an appearance and texture similar to concrete.

LOCTITE® FIXMASTER® UNDERWATER REPAIR EPOXY
This putty-like material is ideal for plumbing, irrigation and marine applications because it is unaffected by chlorinated or salt water. Will stick to wet surfaces. Ideally suited for underwater repairs. Sets in 15 minutes.

 

TROWELABLE METAL-FILLED EPOXIES


LOCTITE® FIXMASTER® SUPERIOR METAL
Non-rusting, ferro-silicone-filled epoxy. Extremely high compressive strength and wear resistance. Ideal for rebuilding worn surfaces exposed to harsh environments. Can be machined, drilled and tapped in 6 to 8 hours. For final finish cuts, let the product cure for 24 hrs. and use carbide tooling. Spreadable putty. Sets in 20 minutes.

LOCTITE® FIXMASTER® STEEL PUTTY
Non-slumping, two-part, steel-filled putty. Ideally suited for rebuilding steel surfaces. Can be machined when cured. Sets in 30 minutes.
